Mark and his team are responsible for recruiting over 700 sales reps for Valpak's 200 offices throughout the country. He is on the Board of Governors for the International Franchise Association's Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) program and is on the Board of the Trustees for IFA's Educational Foundation. He also serves on the National Advisory Board of DECA/DEX.

Prior to joining Valpak, Mark sold franchises for Midas and Batteries Plus. He spent 18 years in the water treatment industry where he hired hundreds of sales reps. Today Mark leads workshops with several national college associations on the "10 Commandments for your Job Search".
